At the end of the day, if the experience isn't where it needs to be, it's on me to fix it. That's exactly what we're doing.

Over the last month, some customers received incorrect items due to fulfillment errors. While it didn't affect everyone, it affected enough people for me to make a change.

That's why we're building Super Ship 3PL, our own fulfillment operation. More control, better systems, and a better experience from checkout to delivery.
